Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Photographer’s Blueprint (“Photo Blueprint,” the “service”), operated by 2Geeks LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Photo Blueprint provides AI-assisted photo critiques, pricing estimates, and shoot mockups, metered by credits. Features may change or be added over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Credits, subscriptions & payments

• Credits are the in-app currency. New accounts receive 5 free credits.
• Membership is $9.99/month and grants 50 credits each billing cycle. Monthly credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over.
• One-time credit packs (15, 40, or 100 credits) add to a balance that does not expire.
• Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Web purchases are billed through Stripe; in-app purchases in the iOS app are billed through Apple’s App Store.

Your content & acceptable use

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You represent that you have the rights to upload and process them. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or graphic violence. Uploads are screened, and we may decline to process, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

By uploading content you grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the service to you. Photos you upload are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) — a large language model — to generate critiques, pricing estimates, and images, and to screen for prohibited content. Do not upload photos you are not comfortable processing this way. See our Privacy Policy for details on the providers we use.

AI output — important

Critiques, pricing estimates, and mockups are AI-generated and provided for guidance and inspiration only. They may contain errors and are not professional, financial, or legal advice. Mockups are illustrative examples — they are not edits of your actual photo and are not intended to accurately depict the people, subjects, or settings in your images. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Intellectual property

The software, this website (photographersblueprint.com), and its original content, logo, and design — together with the Photographer’s Blueprint name and logo as used here, and the “Photo Blueprint” app published by 2Geeks LLC — are owned by 2Geeks LLC. Any other product, company, or domain names that may be referenced are the property of their respective owners, and nothing here claims rights to them. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Geeks LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 2Geeks LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
