Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Photographer’s Blueprint, operated by 2Geeks LLC. It applies to purchases made on photographersblueprint.com (paid through Stripe) and in the Photo Blueprint iOS app (paid through Apple’s App Store). Purchases made through Apple are governed by Apple’s terms — see App Store purchases (iOS) below.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel anytime — there’s no commitment. For a web membership, open Buy credits → Manage subscription to reach the secure Stripe customer portal, then cancel. For an iOS membership, cancel in your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions (Apple manages App Store subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the rest of the billing period you’ve already paid for. Monthly membership credits do not roll over and reset at the end of each cycle.
Membership refunds
Membership charges are generally non-refundable and are not pro-rated for partial months, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or believe there’s a billing problem, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly to your account, so they are generally non-refundable once the credits are added, except where required by law. If a credit was charged but a critique or mockup failed to generate, the app automatically returns that credit; if something still looks wrong, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
App Store purchases (iOS)
Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel an App Store subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We’re unable to issue refunds for Apple purchases directly, but if a credit was charged and the generation failed, the app returns that credit automatically; contact us and we’ll help where we can.
How to request help
For any billing question, cancellation help, or refund request, email support@photographersblueprint.com from the address on your account and include the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Changes
We may update this policy; changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
